BIOTECHNOLOGIST CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Please complete all fields as indicated and submit online. The deadline for submission of applications is the end of the third week of classes.

Applications will be screened and interviews conducted during the fourth week of classes. The training program will begin during the 5th week of the semester.

*Note: This class will start in the 5th week of each semester*

1. I am aware that participation in this program will require a minimum of 3 consecutive hours
per week in group training activities.
2. I will be expected to work independently for an additional 2 hours per week (on average).
3. My academic transcript may be reviewed by Biotechnology Center faculty and staff during the selection process.
